Jimmy
Humphries,
Chairperson & CEO of Humphries and Company, has 25 years of construction
experience, and started Humphries and Company in 1981. His role
consists of spending time in corporate planning, key client contact,
and making sure that all personnel have the tools, both technical
and human resources, to perform the job.
Bryan
Benedict,
President & COO of Humphries and Company, has 16 years of construction
experience and joined the company after many years in the banking
and insurance fields. He spends his time responding to requests
for proposals, maintaining relationships with the design firms and
major clients, acts as a back up for the Project Managers, and sometimes
manages projects.
Rusty
Ragsdale,
Senior Project Manager of Humphries and Company, has 30 years of
construction experience. He spends his time managing projects for
his large client base and on our larger jobs. He is the overall
manager of the Superintendents and the Field, working daily with
our General Superintendent.
Scott
Moore,
a Project Manager at Humphries and Company, has 16 years of experience.
He spends his time managing projects for his prolific repeat client
base and motivates his construction team with an effective soft
touch. He is consistently one of the company's top performers.
In addition,
there are 21 other employees, including Project Managers, Assistant
Project Managers, the Controller and his accounting staff, our Estimator,
an IT professional who doubles as a materials procurer, and the
General Superintendent.
