Jimmy Humphries, Chairman and CEO of Humphries and Company is a long time veteran in the construction industry and started Humphries and Company in 1981. His time is spent in long range corporate planning, and key client contact.

Bryan Benedict, President and COO of Humphries and Company joined the company as Vice President in 1985 and became President in 2005. Prior to his work with Humphries and Company Bryan spent many years in the banking and insurance fields. He has experience both as a project manager and project executive, and ensures that all personnel have the technical and human resource tools to effectively perform the job.

Scott Moore, Paul King, Bobby Sharitz, and Kirk Thompson are Vice Presidents and Project Managers, as well as owners along with Jimmy and Bryan. They have nearly 60 years of combined experience with the company. Together, they represent the future Senior Management of Humphries and Company. They are all superior project managers, with broad construction knowledge, and a devotion to client satisfaction. Each is consistently among the company's top performers.

Rusty Ragsdale, Senior Project Manager and Critical Systems Division Manager, has over 30 years of construction experience. From 2005-2008, Rusty has been involved with our largest client heading up the construction of multiple data centers, the largest in excess of 500,000 square feet. Rusty has the knowledge and expertise to effectively control the complex workings of any data center or critical systems project. Rusty has been with Humphries and Company since 1983.

John Tomlinson is our Senior Project Manager over specialty projects. These include high-end high rise residential interiors, data centers, as well as the more challenging interior commercial projects. John's 30 years in the construction industry have given him the experience and knowledge base needed for complex and unusual projects. John has been with Humphries and Company since 1989.

Timothy N. Thornton, Pre-Construction Manager, has an extensive history providing pre-construction services for our clients and the Atlanta design community, for both base building and interior projects. He maintains a comprehensive historical cost data base encompassing all trades, and has excellent relationships with subcontractors in each trade to assist in cost estimating projects. Tim has been with Humphries and Company since 1995.

Daniel Tibbits, General Superintendent, is responsible for coordinating labor and material for our multiple projects. However it is his nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry and his close working relationships with our vendors that provide the background for his most valuable contribution. He works with our project managers and superintendents on a daily basis discussing means and methods, educating them on up-to-date techniques and providing innovative solutions to complex construction issues. Daniel has been with Humphries and Company since 1986.

Peter Wittkop, Millwork Specialist and construction detailer, is our go-to person for turning preliminary or schematic design ideas into reality. Peter's background is millwork design and he assists in detailing intricate millwork connections, refining complex stair designs and fabricating templates for the layout of complex drywall and millwork elements. He is also frequently consulted by the design community for assistance in the development of complex and unusual design elements. Peter has been with Humphries and Company since 1997.

Kyle Lamberson and Chris Holland are our two newest project managers. Both come to us from large base building contractors and have proven to be valuable additions to the Humphries and Company portfolio of client services.

Supporting the Project Managers we have 7 Assistant Project Managers, our Controller and his accounting staff, and our Estimating Department.

The reputation we have earned for quality and dependability is due to is our experienced and dedicated field. Our 20+ superintendents have an average tenure of 15 years with Humphries and Company. Our carpenter force numbers from 60 to 80 depending on level of activity. 40 of those are our "core" field most of whom have been with Humphries and Company for 15 + years.
