Our first LEED project was in a joint venture with Hardin Construction in 2004 on the A.M. Blank Family Foundation building. It was named Georgia’s first LEED Gold-Certified building and the Southeast Region’s first Gold-Certified office building. Since that project, we have been involved in additional LEED projects listed below. Many of our project managers and superintendents have been involved in these projects, and Scott Moore, Vice President with Humphries, was our first LEED Accredited Professional. We have developed the knowledge, expertise, and experience to assist clients in determining their best LEED strategy, while assuring successful implementation in the field.
